The pair have been spotted together on numerous occasions in recent weeks and although they've not officially announced that they're an item, it would seem Katie is finally coming round to the idea - just in time for Valentines Day.
Penna, 26, has made it quite clear that he wants 33-year-old Katie back after the couple called time on their seven-month relationship in October, with reports he even proposed to the mother-of-three on Christmas Day in a desperate attempt to win her back.
However, in a surprise twist, it was actually Katie that took to Twitter first to publicly declare her affections.
She posted to her beau: 'You are so gorgeous my perfect prince xx.'
To which he replied: 'Your my perfect princess xx.'
After the pair split last year a source said: 'Katie knew in her heart that it was coming.
'She’s being very adult about the split and says she didn’t see it as a long-term relationship that would lead to marriage and kids.'
So could a third marriage be on the cards for Jordan? Or maybe she's feeling broody, what with her ex-husband Alex Reid and Chantelle Houghton
